Standard Real Estate Closing
Whether it’s a purchase, refinance, or HELOC, we will print your documents and travel to you/your client. Service includes up to 20 miles of travel, basic printing (up to 150 pages), and multiple signers/notary stamps.
$150 flat fee for daytime (M-F, 8 AM-5 PM) appointments
Scan Backs included
FedEx or UPS drop off included
$0.25 per page beyond 150, $1.50 per mile beyond 20 miles
$75 per additional closing (e.g., buyer/seller packages or multiple loans) at same location
Wait Service
We will wait for contractors so you don’t have to.
$35/hr, 1 hour min. Billed in 15 min increments.
Errand Services
Grocery shopping, Gift Shopping, Returns, Post Office, Dry Cleaning and anything else you need!
$35/hr 1 hour min. Billed in 15 min increments.
Vacation/Business Trip Service
We will take care of your house as you are out of town. Checking the mail, turn lights on/off, watering plants, perimeter checks, rolling garbage cans in/out etc.
$35/day each additional visits on same day $25.
Courier Service
Delivery to homes or businesses.
$35/hr 1 hour min. Mileage charged after 15 miles at $0.75 per mile.
